Shipping Policy

At Modaati, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days for major cities.
Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.
Pre-order or Customized Items: Delivery time may vary; details will be mentioned on the product page.

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Delivery: On all orders above Rs. 3,000.
Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 200 – Rs. 300 for orders below Rs. 3,000 (depending on location).

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation message or email once your order is placed and a tracking number once it is dispatched.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. To ensure smooth processing, customers may receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch. Please make sure your contact number and delivery address are accurate when placing your order.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery status.

6. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, courier strikes, or high seasonal demand. Modaati is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we’ll always assist in resolving any delivery issues promptly.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping will be added soon.
