Refund & Return Policy
At Modaati, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Items such as intimate wear, cosmetics, perfumes, and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
- If the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 48 hours at support@modaati.com or via our WhatsApp helpline.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.
- Refunds are issued in the same payment method used for the purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
3. Exchange
You can exchange your product for another size, color, or item (subject to availability). If the new item costs more, you’ll be asked to pay the difference. Exchange requests can be made via email or WhatsApp.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery following our return policy.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If a refund is approved for a damaged or wrong item, Modaati will cover the return shipping cost.

Note: Modaati reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. This policy aligns with standard eCommerce practices in Pakistan.
